Vegan Grated Parmesan “Cheese”

Vegan Grated Parmesan “Cheese”

1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon salt

In a food processor, pulse the raw cashews to a fine powder. Add the nutritional yeast flakes and salt, and pulse a few more times. Store in an airtight container.

Makes approximately 3/4 cup.
