Michelin Guide NYC 2012

We are planning for our trip back to NYC for the second time this year, and mapping out all the places we want to nosh at.  We plan our activities around food, and not the other way around.  It always revolves around food.  We’ve been to NYC many times and still have not dined at a Michelin-rated restaurant.  How blasphemous, right?  So, our goal this time around is to experience a Michelin-rated restaurant for our 6 year anniversary.  Any suggestions?
